If you have not yet completed the Educational Benefit Form (which replaces the Free and Reduced Lunch application), please take a few minutes to do so. Based on the information you provide, your child may qualify for other programs such as:
• Programs that provide food support
• Programs that provide field trip support
• Programs that provide school supplies or assist with school fees
• Programs that provide holiday support
• Potential household support for cable and internet
Ways to fill out form:
• Forms can be found on our website to print, complete, and send with your child, or picked up at any school office in the district.

• Online at https://clio.familyportal.cloud/ . First, click on "Apply for Benefits" and after that, follow the remaining steps.
Although this form is not required this school year to verify eligibility for free or reduced meals, we still ask parents to complete the Educational Benefit Form. This helps our district qualify for essential funding, including at-risk funding, Title programs, and educational supports like reading and math interventions. Without this information, Clio Area Schools could lose critical resources that support our students’ learning needs.
