Tips for sending us email
With the ever increasing volume of email we all receive, sometimes it's hard to find important messages among all the SPAM and other unsolicited messages. It's often difficult to identify the sender of an email from their email address and unless you can tell the nature of an email from its subject, it's easy to over look an email and delete it as just another SPAM.
Email messages from our parents and community are important to all of us here at Clio Area Schools. That's why we ask that when you email us, please include the nature of your message in the first part of the subject. For example, 'Question from a Parent', or 'Request from a Parent'. That way your message will be handled as quickly as possible. You should have a response from us within 1 working day.
Be sure also to include your name in the email. We, like most organizations, don't acknowledge anonymous messages. If your email is about your student, please include your student's name and the building they attend. |
