Let us help you meet your goals for looking great for Swim suit season. Get into shape FAST! This class is designed to make the most of your time by integrating a full body workout into one hour. First Aid with CPR.AED~Adult, Child and Infants This is an American Red Cross course that is designed for parents, teachers, students, and professionals. This complete course teachers participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. This course also includes First Aid skills needed to prevent. recognize, and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illness until advance medical personnel arrive. ![]() How to Read to Children and How to Play with Children A good babysitter's review. This is an American Red Cross course which is designed help participants to be able to select approprite books for different age groups. Develop and practice reading aloud skills. Find and use lists of award-winning books for all ages. Determine ways that simple games, song, and finger-plays develop or enhane pre-reading and reading skills. Develop or enhance a reading activity (game, song, finger-play, or word game) for specific age groups. Additionally, once completed the session participants should be able to identify and the decribe the difference between play that is appropriate for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. Develop ways to make play safe, and more creative, more fun, and more educational for children of defferent ages.

![]() Babysitters Training with Child and Infant CPR and First Aid
This is an American Red Cross course for young people with the necessary knowledge to safely and responsibly give care to infants and children. Students will learn how to develop leadership skills, a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe, help children behave; learn about basic child care and basic first aid. This training is to help babysitters overcome any reluctance to act in an emergency by recognizing and minimizing the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives. Each participant receives a Babysitter's Handbook, an Emergency Reference Guide, and a CD-Rom with Babysitter's Tools. Students must be 11 years or older to enroll in this course.

Foreclosure Prevention

This is an American Red Cross course that helps children ages five to eight understand the important role they have in managing their own health and safety as well as the health of the environment in which they live. Students receive a FACT Fun Book, which contains numerous children's activities that reinforce the lessons taught. A certificate and full-color stickers are also included in the book and make completing all the activities even more fun!
